World of Boycraft [ Posted on July 24, 2008 @ 9:46 pm ] wow_ladies [bellemorda] we're in the car driving to get chicken for dinner. twinkie 1 is singing to herself while twinkie 2 and boy wonder are horsing around, tickling each other, poking each other and giggling up a storm. there is a particularly riotious episode of laughter when twinkie 2 squeals in disgust: "EEEEEEWWWWWW, YOU SPIT RIGHT IN MY MOUTH!" to which boy wonder replied with the most perfectly executed undead warlock laugh, "heh heh heh! now you have Boy DoTs!" and he pronounced it "dots" too.  I'm so freakin' proud.... Ugh...Guild Breakup [ Posted on July 24, 2008 @ 8:43 pm ] wow_ladies [amethystmusings] So my guild that transferred to Exodar is breaking up. At least, a lot of the raiders are leaving cause they want to do T6 content and don't want to rehash T5 content. Last night we distributed the guild bank that we got from raiding on Mok to the veterans. I'd like to raid T6 (I have some BT/Hyjal experience and mostly crafted/badge/T5 gear) but I also miss my friends on Mok, and the guilds there are mostly not in T6 yet except for the top guild, which are mostly jerks. I want to at least stay with some friends cause I'd miss them too much. I raid as 0/21/40. I'd like to be in a guild that is at least starting in T6. I've done 2 in Hyjal and 4 in BT. Suggestions? Priest help? [ Posted on July 24, 2008 @ 9:19 pm ] wow_ladies [lopt_] Hello girls, I have a bit of a question here. I have just rolled onto a PVP server for the first time and I'll be leveling with my friends. Or, well, at least with one other person most of the time. It's a brand new server for me. I rolled an undead priest and would like her to go shadow. I've read many forums and they say to spec into wanding and spirit tap right off, first. My question is: Do I still need to do this despite me questing with someone else? Should I still be wanding and then respec back into a more 'shadowy' spec later? Thanks in advance for the help. Restore Limit [ Posted on July 24, 2008 @ 4:28 pm ] wow_ladies [hibiscus042] I was curious as to whether anyone has run into an actual limit when it comes to character or item restores. I can be fickle, and occasionally I'll go on character purges and come to regret having deleted characters. That said, I've never had a problem getting any of them restored, and we're talking upwards of 12 restores, with over 5 in the last two months. I've had about 4 item restores in my game history. Most GMs are happy to help - no questions asked, and then there are those that will warn me that there are only a limited amount of character/item restorations per account, and ask whether I'm sure I want to use one. Just curious as to whether anyone has been told "no" or that they reached their limit. Actually, I'd be interesting in hearing about your restores, period. Whether it was a yay or a nay and how it was accomplished. I find flattery and being polite go a long way towards getting what I want :p Edit: I also like to ask their favorite color talbuk, which can be especially amusing when that's tossed in there with their "Any last questions?" Gahz'ranka was feeling generous and our mage got to leave very happy. Having loads of time, we decided to do a good chunk of the rest of the bosses to get some level 60 epics for fun, and also to see if one of the elusive mounts would drop.
